Without getting too wordy, I had some minor issues as a result of the winter (not a result of workmanship). I was able to call them, and they exceeded my expectations with their attention, and solution to it. Concrete can be temperamental, and it can be easy for things to fall outside the warranty, but companies who care about their customers, like Hoffman, do no look for loopholes, but instead focus the customer satisfaction. I will plan to use them for any future needs, and I have already given out strong recommendations to family and friends. This is a high-quality company."
