We appreciated the time Karen took to explain everything in great detail. Our installation was a bit of a unique situation with limited space to anchor the awning to the house and because of this, we requested Gary (the owner of Shade Your World and the one who does the installations) to come to double-check everything before placing the order to ensure everything was going to fit exactly the way we wanted. Without any hesitation, he came out to look at our situation to assess and confirm where the awning would be installed. "The team arrived on a messy, rainy day and I was most impressed by how clean they managed to keep everything. I needed a drain and sump installed along our front basement wall. They were fast and courteous throughout the job. My only minor complaint was the roughness of the cement patch job over the finished trench.
