"The initial presentation and explanation of Sun Esta awnings from Shade Your World and how they would be installed was great. We appreciated the time Karen took to explain everything in great detail. Our installation was a bit of a unique situation with limited space to anchor the awning to the house and because of this, we requested Gary (the owner of Shade Your World and the one who does the installations) to come to double-check everything before placing the order to ensure everything was going to fit exactly the way we wanted. Without any hesitation, he came out to look at our situation to assess and confirm where the awning would be installed. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the awning and it is obvious Gary knows this by how he took plenty of time to patiently answer any questions we had before purchasing an awning as well as during and after the installation process. "My wife and I were very happy with the professionalism, courteousness and friendly demeanor exhibited by all of the Premier tradesmen assigned to our project. ?They were quick to explain what they were doing and what would ?be done next. ?We ran into a snag on our part when the paint chosen for the basement walls did not look as we had expected. ?They did not blink when my wife changed the paint, fortunately we were able to use that basement paint on another project. ?We used a separate company to install flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Coordinating the two companies was extremely easy to do. ?The office staff was very accommodating and able to schedule work with little delay. ? My wife and I both work outside our home, so the Premier crew was usually gone when we returned home in the evenings. ?If we had any questions about what was happening they were happy to take time the next morning to answer and they made sure we understood what they were doing and why. ?
