It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective. Dave and his son did the installation personally. We couldnâ  t be more pleased as the project was delivered on time and is beautiful. Underpromised and overdelivered! "I needed a retaining wall on a hill. Miguel did the most amazing wall. Beyond what I could have expected. So timely. This was a hard job and these guys did not stop. It was a two day job that I thought would be at least a week. A have a beautiful strong wall and simple evergreens as I requested. I have already hired him to do more landscaping for me.
