"Recently, we had to have a 150 year old Oak Tree removed. The tree had an enormous canopy which provided shade for our patio and also kept the sun from shining directly into our family room. "From the start, Tom was very responsive and communicated very well.  He had great ideas for our yard but also listened to our ideas as well.  After coming up with a plan and a price estimate, we signed the contract and started finalizing the details. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure that the products we were choosing were what we wanted and even came back to the house multiple times to review details before ordering the stone.  One of the best things that Tom did was to show us how some different options would change the costs, because it let us choose which "extras" we wanted to pay extra for.  
Once the materials arrived (the stone had to be custom ordered), the work was scheduled and started on time.  Tom and his crew were prompt and worked hard to get the job done once it was started.  There were a couple of very minor weather delays, but those were completely understandable given the rains we have had this spring, and Tom stayed in close communication the entire time.
We will certainly use Signature Landscape Design again if we add more landscaping/hardscaping to the back yard in the future, and I will be recommending them to our friends and family as well."
