"Could not have been better. Ran into a scheduling issue with another plumber. Called Kirkwood Plumbing on Monday, they were able to schedule us for the next day. Gave them the info from the original plumber's proposal and they agreed to match the cost and work. Plumber was running late due to very heavy traffic. Called 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he might be a little late. Arrived only 10 to 15 minutes late, which was fine with us since he had called. Got right to work and finished within a few hours."

We needed a water heater replaced on a Friday and he was at my house the same day within an hour! He also completed with Rebate form for the water heater with an envelope and stamp too! "I called to have someone look at my basement drain backing up. The first person quickly diagnosed the issue but didn’t have the camera needed to look at the line. This was a bit annoying since I was very clear in describing the problem before he came out. However, another guy came out first thing in the morning and did a great job diagnosing the issue and took the time to show me and explain his assessment, along with options. They charge $65 to come out for diagnosis. My total for over an hour of camera work on two lines from inside the house and diagnosing the issue was $326. They were both professional, punctual, and didn’t waste time. The second person was honest in telling me not to try something that I think other plumbers would have charged for. John M was a pro and I appreciated his service. I’d use them again."
