Mike and his crew haven’t let me down yet through the multiple problems with my house. This time a settling inner foundation corner required a 52’5” pier! Yikes! And they piered the porch too. They came prepared with covers for my wood stairs, a machine to blow the cement dust out my basement window, and more. Very professional the whole time, they answered any of my somewhat nervous questions. They neatly cemented up the hole, and cleaned up after themselves completely. Would I use them again? Let’s hope I don’t have to, but if I do, then it’s a resounding yes!"

He did not require an hour of my time or insist that both my husband and I be present in order to give us a sales pitch. The price was competitive and not inflated to cover marketing expenses. I like that the company is family owned & local, and that the workers are employees, not sub-contractors. The men who did the work were efficient and we have had no water in our basement since the waterproofing was done. I believe the contractors who followed Acculevel's work were a little surprised at the materials used, and they had to adjust their plans somewhat, but all is good in the end. Thank you!"

"1) The job required Mr Rooter to dig a large hole in my front yard to put in what they called a "Clean out". They had to use a large excavator to dig and refill the hole. The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough."
