He is very responsive to communication as well (text him rather than use the app - app has issues and delays no fault of Daniel’s). Daniel is a one man show, and he does beautiful work. The floors in our new house were in pretty good condition, but they were pickled oak. We wanted a darker color so we decided to have them refinished. Daniel has finished staining and refinishing the floors and they look brand new. You can't even tell that two rooms are red oak while the other is white oak. He worked quickly and thoroughly and created almost no dust. He's coming back next week to install some laminate in a room that was left unfinished by the previous owners. I am so happy with my experience with Daniel. I would definitely hire him again.

We had installed 4 layers of oak baseboad tirm and felt that Daniel was best suited to refinish our floors and handle a special need of working with the existing baseboards. The baseboards could not be removed to refinish the floor and had to be hand sanded around them. Daniel did an exceptional job with hardly any dust. The work area was always keep clean and he had a can do attitude. We also had him install flush mounted air vents after he had done the sanding. The time frame to be finished was just as he had quoted. If you are looking to get your floors refinished, Daniel is the person to do them. Thanks.
