"Fantastic to work with! The staff Jacob sent to do the actual work were pleasant and skilled. They had to replace many boards in my 100+ year old home before refinishing both my entire down stairs and the hall upstairs, and I was comfortable leaving them to it while I left the state to take care of selling my other house. I came home to beautiful floors, and extra boards stored in the basement. Please read the back of your estimate/contract for what they will/will not do as far as prep and finishing.
