Power washed and stained enclosed deck and open deck. Fred was very courteous and informative. Did excellent work and was able to come out sooner than first thought. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed.
