We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "I hired Paschal 3 times to install HVAC system and tankless water systems. About $ 45,000 worth of business. One of the units failed within 1 year. I called them and asked if it was still under warranty. The guy on the phone did not know. He was more interested in sending out a tech for money. I asked for the manager to call me back. It has been 1 day and never received a phone call. I called a competitor. They showed up right away, they honored the manufacturers warranty and got it fixed. I believe Paschal has gotten too big to give you any good customer service. Plus, their prices has gotten really expensive to keep that huge warehouse going. The competitor I used, is a smaller company with great service and they call back immediately. I have 11 rental units that need service all the time, Paschal just lost all of my business. "

He recommended that We needed to add another unit to take care of the space we have to cool. He also checked out the unit that cools living quarters and garage. Austin was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. We have never had a 3 car air conditioned garage, so we have decided to postpone adding another unit at this time. "We had issues with HAVC and have used Allied for plumbing previously. The tech came out and we told him the AC wasn't working and there was moisture around the unit. He replaced the "board". 5 days later I walk into the guest room and the carpet is soaked. Open the AC unit and it is pouring water. Call emergency services 3 times and they said they would contact the tech on call again. After 2 hours I told her to just make sure Allied called us first thing in the morning. Filed insurance claim and called Serv Pro. The next morning, Allied called and said unfortunately they couldn't get anyone out here until tomorrow. My husband explained this was an emergency. I called her back and she started making excuses why the tech didn't respond to emergency call. NOT the way to respond to a stressed out customer who has major damage to home because the tech didn't fix the problem in the first place. I told the dispatcher this was not acceptable and not to send anyone to our home. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ALLIED. Call someone else if you need help!!"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
