Austin arrived at appropriate time, immediately checked vent in garage,unit was functioning, but area to cool is too large for it to cool. He recommended that We needed to add another unit to take care of the space we have to cool. He also checked out the unit that cools living quarters and garage. Austin was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. We have never had a 3 car air conditioned garage, so we have decided to postpone adding another unit at this time. Thank you for the many years your company has served us at our other location.

The whole operation went without a hitch. The technicians were all professional and friendly. They removed old system and installed new system within one day. I would like to thank Eric and Rick for taking the time to explain and setup my new system.

SAMUEL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CHANGED, FILTER, RESET THERMOSTADT, AND CHECKED OUT THE HUMIDIFIER. EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE AND A GOOD PERSONALITY WORKS WELL TOGETHER. I ALWAYS SUGGEST CUSTOMERS PURCHASE A SERVICE AGREEMENT. IT IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Very good. I’m very happy with Aire Solutions. It’s $200 a year for 2 times a year service. Summer and winter. They were very professional. They call you before. They show up on time. They show their id. They put booties on before they come in your house. They clean up everything that they mess up. They check your unit and make sure everything is running good. They do good service. I’m going to hire them when the time comes to get a new unit put in.

Worst service I have ever received. The repair man was here for about 15 minutes and told me that I didn't have a problem, the unit was functioning as it should and I owed $89.00. I could tell he didn't know much about my system when he told me that I had a variable speed fan motor, and it will go on and off depending on demand. I knew for a fact that it was continuous speed, depending where you set the tap and when you set the thermostat fan switch to on that the fan should come on and stay on, not go on and off. I ended up calling another repair service who couldn't believe what I was told and had my unit working correctly in about 30 minutes. I would definitely NOT recommend this company!!!!!!!

"We had responded to this same complaint on another site but I guess we need to respond here also. First we have GPS time stamps on the techs and the technician was at the home for 50 minutes. That is long enough for him to fill out an assessment sheet on the system and it was working at that time. Also, the motor in question is an X13 not a Variable speed as the customer stated. These two motors are generally referred to as variable speed by technicians as they are close cousins but the customer is correct ( think about someone asking for a Kleenex and gets handed a Puffs) Last, we offered the customer a full refund if they would furnish us a copy of what the other company found so we could provide a better experience to our future customers. That has not been provided at this time."

Technician Todd J.arrived promptly at scheduled time, was very customer friendly, didn't mind answering a number of questions from me about A/C functions etc.

They come in do the work and clean the place before they leave. They make sure everything is good. It something is not right they make it right. If they are late they will call and inform.

The technician was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of her trade. She donned foot covers when she entered our home, and went right to work. There was minimal interruption to our schedule. If all the techs are as good as Stephanie, then Aire Solutions in Poplar Bluff is the company to call for all your H-Vac needs.

We called for an estimate and they were able to come out that day. The next morning Kevin was able to give me estimates on 5 different systems for our home. Kevin gave recommendations to which would be best and didn't try to push the most expensive. We chose a middle of the road system not the most expensive but not the cheapest. The crew was able to come out a few days later to install and was very professional. The work was completed in one day and we barley knew they were here. Before they left they explained the new system to us and everything was left as clean as before they came. I will continue to use Aire Solutions to service our new system seasonal.

They were on time, curtious, efficent, and cleaned up everything and hauled off all the old equipment. We have been using Aire Solutions for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They were very responsive even on the weekends when our AC went out they were at the house within 45 minutes and fixed it. They explain everything They are not high pressure. You cannot go wrong with Aire Soulutions.
