"Had septic cleaned & that was excellent. Also hired Cooter Plumbing to perform smoke test & fix a toilet. Owner never returns calls. Extremely poor customer service. They performed smoke test from septic opening; have since learned it’s suppose to be performed via roof vents so my money was wasted. Plumber failed to arrive for appt. I was never called to tell me his truck broke down. He repaired toilet, however 3 days later we discovered it was leaking so I called the owner again but no return call. 6 hours later plumber calls to tell me he’d be here to make repair in couple hours. Told him I made the repair & toilet no longer leaking. He said he’d order a new part & 2 weeks later I haven’t heard from him. If you want septic pumped this company is ok but if you value good customer service & trust plumbing will be done right the first time this company fails to meet those requirements. Would be hesitant to recommend Cooter Plumbing"

"Todd had great communication re appt and re: what needed to be done and why. He was on time, added an expansion tank, replaced my broken valve and installed a new regulator in well under 2 hours. The following week I asked him how to adjust our water pressure a bit and...he offered to come back and do it for us. Again, great communication re: the time of the appointment and he adjusted it in no time. He was also very competitive price wise w 2 other companies who gave me an estimate. I will call him again if I have other plumbing needs."

He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
