"I called ,salesman came to my house,explained everything to me.How the Windows looked,installation,etc..He gave me the cost of all Windows,that included installation,haul off,and tax...Checked around with others,and this was the cheapest cost...Was supposed to take 5-6 weeks.They called me after 6 weeks they called and I had to wait another month before they could install.....They finally came yesterday to install...It was a new crew,we were told,but they worked until,they had them all installed..The Windows look amazing...I had to scrub off all the sticky residue,that was left from all the stickers,but other than that,I am pleased with my Windows....

From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). "Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

"Christian came by and surveyed the loose shingles and gave us a quote.  We called him and we set up a time he would be back in a couple of days.  He came by but the color of the shingles didn't match so he came back by a few days later after we realized that our shingles were still on the roof.  Christian came back and re-installed our shingles while we were gone and didn't charge us.  Wow, were were surprised with that kind of service!  We are sending him a gift card for his job!  i was just so grateful!  We don't see this kind of kindness very often and we want him to know just how much we appreciated this!  We will definitely recommend SOUTHERN GRACE EXTERIORS to any of our friends or neighbors in the future and we will definitely use them again ourselves.
