"We had a $4,000 entry window replaced in May. When the window was installed, there was a problem with the top trim and casing. Champion sent our multiple people to remeasure. We were pushed off with "it is on order" until October. At which point I began calling every number I had every day until we were able to finally get someone out to put up the trim to cover up the foam at the top of the window. We were told that was the best they could do and that the window would not have the upper casing and that it was normal. The window looked unfinished and was not worth the cost. In November they came back out to trim the side casings to make it look more presentable but still did not offer to put on the upper casing. My husband and I researched and expended additional time and expense to correct the work ourselves. Due to the run around, failure to return calls or follow through with appointments I was disappointed with the process, customer service, and the final product."

"Not at all satisfied with the service rendered. The gentleman I spoke to on phone seemed very responsible, but the guy that came out appeared to be a different person. Gentleman came with a blower. Now, I had a gutter monster on my gutters. He was done in a little least than fifteen minutes. Told me that my gutters really weren't dirty. I asked about the downspouts and was told anything that was in there came out. "this is a powerful blower". Left debris in my yard. Very disappointed with service. "The work was substandard at best. I was deceived on the work that would be performed. I was told at the time of sales that the wood siding I had would be cut back and replaced with similar material. It was not. It was replaced with what appears to be a type of trim. I had originally called in because I wanted my house painted. They then only painted the siding and told me the trim would be extra after they had already started the job. At this point I felt like I was being held hostage to their demands. Since they had already started the job they would do what would normally cost over $2000 for around $1600. I elected not to have this additional work performed. I would have NEVER had them do any work had I known this from the beginning. There is caulk everywhere. Nothing was taped or masked. The paint lines are not straight or even. Sometimes they would paint the side of the trim the same color as the siding. In other places they wouldn't. They washed out their brushes with my house in my yard. One night they left the hose on. I asked them not to wash their brushes in my grass and one of them was rude about it. Do not recommend. The owner offered me $200 off for my troubles. I just wanted the job done right. This isn't it. A month later and I'm still waiting for them to come and touch up spots where they set their ladder against the wet paint and you can see marks on the siding because of it."

When we encountered a bit of a language barrier, they pulled out Google Translate faster than I could blink to ensure I didn't wind up trapped in my garage by scaffolding! It was the most delightful conversation I’ve ever had while dodging construction equipment. And let me tell you, these guys weren’t just skilled; they were like robots with big hearts! Watching them install the siding was like witnessing a well-oiled machine in action—pure perfection. Even my dog sat at the window most days to watch them work. You could tell that every single person on the job genuinely cared about the work they were doing. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."
