Indian Summer Pool and Spa has 60+ combined years of management & field experience designing, remodeling and installing Custom upper end Gunite, Viking & Always Fun fiberglass swimming pools /spas.

"This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."

To keep your screened-in porch in good shape, clean your porch screens regularly, patch holes, re-seal the wood as needed, and address any foundational issues right away.

Yes, sunrooms often add some value to a home, but the amount will depend on the design of the sunroom itself. Fully insulated four-season sunrooms, for example, include enough protection from changing weather that they will be included in the total size of the home and will contribute to value accordingly. Something like an Arizona room or a solarium will also boost home value in most cases, but you’ll see a much lower return as they don’t contribute to legal living space.
