"We highly recommend 1 Oak Construction. Kevin & Travis helped us creatively dream of a four season sunroom addition to our home. With their professional experience, vast knowledge, and a keen eye for design, they gently guided us through the planning process. Then when construction began, they remained attentive and helpful with details, responsive and respectful with communication, determined and dedicated to finishing each step of the project. We were under a crunched time line – and they worked ‘above and beyond’ to meet that deadline. (whew!) Plus, they are caring and kind and just plain FUN folks (there’s no price tag for that)!"

"Jimmy was fantastic with his work and communication. I've had contractors + builders that could go days without communicating. Jimmy always got back in an appropriate amount of time. The work his team was fantastic. They converted our dining room to a home office and remodeled all three of our bathrooms."

"We hired them to repair the subfloor in our kitchen due to moisture in the crawl space. Roy and his crew were awesome to work with. Not only did they show up when they said they would, their work ethic is amazing. They take pride in the work that they do and it shows in the final product. During the process of the repairs, there was always great communication. We always knew what was going to be done the next day. We plan to do some remodeling in the near future, and will only be calling them to help with the projects. Highly recommend them."
