"Maxwell Construction is quick to respond to work orders and get the job done in a timely manner without skimping on the details. I had a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with more than 1000 sq ft renovated by their crew in less than 2 weeks, which included painting, cabinet work, flooring, etc. at a reasonable price. Their crew installed laminate flooring in a 600-square-foot unit over the weekend. I had a deck with a railing built by their crew in a day, which was a last-minute inspection requirement to have the new tenant move in on time. I am currently having their crew complete siding repair and painting of the fascia on the exterior of a 4-plex to give it a freshened-up look. Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. I hope I don.t ever need it but the 50 year / unlimited wind guarantee isnice and it's even transferable if i ever want to move"
