March 2021: It was excellent working with Mr. Christmas. He exceeded my expectations. I will never call another contractor as long as Mr. Christmas is still working. His workmanship, attention to detail and his communication skills are above and beyond what I have been use to when dealing with other people that have done work for me in the past. Mr. Christmas is an amazing contractor, the best communicator, very professional and courteous. He follows up and followed through. If you have a big complicated job with lots of moving pieces and what someone who will keep you up to date on every step, hire him.

Amazing - simply Amazing. In this day of unreliable people - Phil Christmas and his team are the exact opposite. There was never one time that they did not show up as they promised. Not one time when they did not do the work they were there to do. Not one time was I disappointed in any way. Phil only works with reliable subs and does not tolerate anything less. His knowledge of construction and remodeling made this job a pleasure for me. He brought the job in on time and on budget! He will forever be my go to person for any construction/repair needs. Phil was very professional thru the whole process. He came over and took measurements for all work requested. Sent us a quote and we signed a contract for the job. Phil and his crew were very professional when they came. Work was done in a day and far exceeded our expectations. We will certainly call Phil for future projects!

Phil provided a good detailed estimate and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. The crew showed up with Phil on time and quickly began doing the work. I observed the work and asked questions during the effort. The workers were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with everything they did. It was a good experience. I would definitely use Phil Christmas again.

Phil did a great job of keeping us informed from our initial meeting through the job completion. He personally came to our home to inspected the fascia boards and suggested replacing them rather than painting them. He gave us an estimate and scheduled the job to work with our time frame. The job was completed in one morning. He also replaced some weather stripping on a couple of doorways too. The price of the job was consistent with his estimate. We highly recommend him!

Phil and his crew showed up on time and did exactly the right work including painting and cleanup. After the job was done Phil and I did another walk-around. He wanted to make sure the job was done right and that is was satisfied. Other than repairs being done (and done right) you would never know they had been there working for several days. Very professional.

It went great. Phil came out and took a look at both places and was very thorough with what he suggested doing and what to do further to prevent its happening again. He really did explain in detail what they would do and gave me a written estimate of the cost. I was very impressed. He was very nice and professional. It looked terrific when they were finished! I was so pleased and very excited and wondered why it took me so long to get it repaired! I would hire him again!

Christmas Construction Company delivered excellent service and quality results. The original bid was detailed, and thorough, allowing for reviews, updates and 'tweaks' through the process. As a result, we were never surprised with any unexpected costs or changes. Every progress payment was supported by receipts and/or invoices charged to the project, so at the end of the re-model we could account for all money spent. Mr. Christmas was on-site daily and always available by phone or texting. His scheduling of crews and attendant services was the best... there were no delays or conflicts and the project was completed on-time. All of his subcontractors were courteous, timely and the quality of their work was excellent. Christmas Construction Company is not inexpensive, but in our opinion is worth every penny. Mr. Christmas has our highest recommendation and we would happily use him again.

Very pleased. I would use Phil Christmas for any jobs around the house that I cannot do. In talking with Phil, I don't think there is anything that he cannot do. Or, if it something he does not do, he has contacts with people that can get it done. With so many fly-by-night contractors today it gives me comfort to know I can use someone that is very trustworthy. Something that has never happened before, Phil called me after the workers were gone to make sure everything was satisfactory to my liking. Just the fact he wanted to make sure I was happy is priceless.

All the work (flashing and caulking) looks so good and it does matches the existing window units so well it makes it appear as if that was the way they have always been. We used an "OSI" brand caulking that's an oil based sealant and outperforms the old existing silicone used that was letting go of the surfaces it came in contact with and allowing moisture (rain water) to enter at the J-Channel trim and well as at the sill of each window. Phil and his team did a double backdoor replacement including the surrounding trim for me. They were professional, clean and the work was top-notch. They explained everything they would do and tweaked the trim to fix a bad install from the previous door company. I will be hiring them again in the future!

I had a roof leak, that caused water damage into the soffits of my porch. Mr. Christmas came out and looked over the project and needed to initiate the work in order to give me an estimate. We agreed on an initial retainer to open up the soffits and inspect the damage. This was handled quickly and he provided me an estimate right away after that. Once we agreed to proceed with the project they started quickly, worked long hours and weekends to get the job done. They did a nice job, the crew was friendly and professional. He was even able to reuse some materials and the final project came inseveral thousand dollars less than the original estimate, which was a great bonus. Would recommend and would use again for future projects.

They finished the window and wall in a half day. They also discovered that the drain pipe from the air conditioner was cracked and leaking in the wall as well and fixed it with no extra charge. You cannot even tell that there was a big hole cut into the wall. They were very professional and fast and efficient. I consulted with my dad who is a civil engineer how much I should expect to pay for a job like this before hiring anyone. The pricing was fair for the excellent work they provided.

I would highly recommend Phil Christmas for renovation work. I wanted to take part of my living room and garage to produce an office. There was a major beam in the garage that needed to be raised in order to maintain the desired ceiling level in the office. Phil was great at bringing in the necessary people (engineer, draftsman) to determine a path forward with minimal surprises and to give an estimate that was close to the actual cost. Once the renovations started, Phil met with me or texted me daily to let me know what was scheduled next and I was kept in the loop with all the subcontractors. All the people who worked on my house were top notch, professional, and friendly. Phil did a great job of organizing and scheduling all the moving parts of the renovation. My project came in under budget and faster than anticipated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, even as my house was being torn apart!

Excellent! I called Phil after reviewing all of his great reviews on Angie's List. He returned my call and we set up a time for him to come and evaluate my leak problems. He showed up on time as promised and spent a lot of time evaluating my leak issues. He and his crew always showed up on time and they were all very professional and friendly. Phil provided estimates for all of the repairs and the final charges were less that the estimates! I was very pleased with everything and plan to use him for additional home improvement projects in the near future. I am completely satisfied with all of the services provided by Christmas Construction!

I called Phil because I found him on Angie's list and he had a lot of good reviews . He responded quickly and was professional from start to finish.
