Roy and his team did incredible work! We bought an old 1980’s 2 bedroom condo that was a total gut job! He came in on budget and on time within a short window. They removed all the popcorn ceilings, installed new floors, paint throughout, painted kitchen cabinets, all new light fixtures, vents, plumbing, electrical, and two brand new bathroom renovations! I can’t speaking highly enough about this company. Roy was Johnny on the spot and always answered his phone and keep us at ease and always up to date. The end result was a beautiful new condo!

The crew did quality work. A final inspection/walkthrough was completed to ensure everything was completed as promised and ensure we were happy with the work. Myers Restoration did major renovation work in our laundry and bathrooms. They also enclosed a covered porch and turned it into additional living space in our bedroom. Myers Restoration was a pleasure to do business with. We gutted a 20 year old bathroom and had the entire interior of our house painted. The bathroom was transformed into a gorgeous modern day zero entry shower. The workmanship is top notch with attention to detail. The painting was a huge job as we have 20' ceilings, old speakers and curtain rods in all rooms plus an old alarm system. They patched all plus eliminated all nail pops and tape pulls. The house interior now looks brand new. Roy Gutierrez is a professional. He knows his business, was easy to communicate and was always timely. If you need a contractor for jobs small or large, Roy Gutierrez from Myers Restoration is your guy. I should also note they cover all trades internally, making the renovation process seamless.

Probably the quickest to respond contractor in New Hanover county, as well as the best communicating one! Very precise work and timely done! Professional and to the point! Would definitely recommend with no reservations, and would use again in the future!

Roy who worked on our renovation did a great job. He was very thorough and paid attention to detail. Communication was great, he always kept us in the loop. Project was finished in a timely manner and turned out great. Would highly recommend.

We had Myers Restoration Group assist with new flooring due to water damage, then as the work was so nicely done, we had them replace all of the interior doors in our home. We again were thoroughly pleased. Recently, we began the replacement of our windows/slider doors and have had the Myers group do these. This included two sliders and a middle window of the same length as the sliders. They look amazing and will withstand 165 mph winds as we are located on a beach. You will find the Myers team to be easy to work with. Their craftsmanship is excellent! As we are not always at this residence, we have no worries with having the team work in our residence. They are trustworthy, honest craftsmen. We plan on having them complete another project in the near future.
