1 Oak Construction did an incredible job on our project. They are true professionals — reliable, respectful, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated how flexible they were throughout the process while still being absolute perfectionists about the overall design and details. They brought great ideas to the table that made our project even better than we’d envisioned. It’s rare to find a team that combines quality, creativity, and professionalism so well. Everyone is so impressed by our additional dwelling unit (MIL Suite) and attached carport. Highly recommend 1 Oak Construction — we’ll definitely be working with them again!

We highly recommend 1 Oak Construction. Kevin & Travis helped us creatively dream of a four season sunroom addition to our home. With their professional experience, vast knowledge, and a keen eye for design, they gently guided us through the planning process. Then when construction began, they remained attentive and helpful with details, responsive and respectful with communication, determined and dedicated to finishing each step of the project. We were under a crunched time line – and they worked ‘above and beyond’ to meet that deadline. (whew!) Plus, they are caring and kind and just plain FUN folks (there’s no price tag for that)!
