"I purchased an electric tankless and pre-filter/softener directly from the manufacturer and started hunting for a plumber to install it. Now most all plumbers recommended against a tankless hot water heater, and Maplewood wasn't really any different in this regard. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
