Sansara 24/7 Restoration

Sansara did a fantastic job in restoring our lower level bathroom and family room after a frozen/busted water pipe flooded the area. Jamie and his crew were on the scene shortly after the water mitigation work was completed by Sansara’s mitigation team. The rebuild process was quick and the carpentry work was professional. The damaged areas were restored beautifully and looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend Sansara if you ever need mitigation and rebuild or, just want to remodel.

They were great. Came two days after I called when St. Louis had record low temps and lots of people had burst pipes that froze. Plus it happened Christmas Eve. The technicians were on time, polite and professional.

A years old problem with a drainage area outside a basement walkout. Several solutions presented and worked to install the best one. Lots of troubleshooting and tasks to complete job and its done the right way. Highly recommend for any resortation or needs in the basement!

We had two busted water lines during the freezing weather and both the master bedroom and kitchen. We hired another water mitigation company to come out for the first break and they were subpar. We later called Advanta clean afterwards and they were able to help us tremendously. They pulled drywall, lifted my bed, and removed baseboard. They were very quick and out every day. They even cleaned up after themselves!

Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and their crew was fantastic. Our cleaning took five hours, so they were very thorough and did an awesome job. We are very happy with our service.

Great. Both Chris and Rob were very professional. They replaced our sump pump and helped move boxes and other things that were in the water. They were concerned about drywall and insulation that was possibly wet but all was ok. After setting up multiple fans, everything was dry by the next morning. They were very helpful. I wold definitely recommend them.

AdvantaClean doesn't just get the job done, the make sure it's done right! In the recent rains, I learned just how much you don't want to be the basement waterproofing job that's so interesting people stop by your work site to check it out! AdvantaClean had to come back and redo a bunch of work that they had already done, as for some reason my particular basement was sneakily still taking on water despite getting a sump pump and drain tile! Once Kris saw that the systems they put in place weren't working, he let me know that the whole thing was covered via warranty and got to work making my basement dry again. Despite this being their incredibly busy season, I never felt like my warranty work was taking second place for better paying jobs. My basement is dry and the folks at AdvantaClean made sure that not only was the work they had done originally right - but that extra measures were put in place so that it would stay dry! They take their name seriously, too and did a great job cleaning up after they were done! I'll probably never need them again in this house - but I'll be recommending them to all my friends! For my HGTV watching folks - AdvantaClean would make Mike Holmes proud.

Excellent... workers were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. They explained details about the current condition and any mold remediation to be performed. At completion we did a revue of work and shared confidence in the success as performed with removal of tub surround and any mold found. Thanks and would use them again!
