"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed.

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."

"Perma Jack was an amazing contractor to work with. We had a Commerical office building that we were renovating and were on a very tight schedule. Perma Jack was able to fit right into our schedule and work efficiently to install a waterproofing sump pump system. They also were able to work around the owners employees to make sure to not distrust the office workflow. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Dale is terrific. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of my situation, and felt like I had a partner in figuring out what needed to be done. I was on borderline warranty situation so he helped me advocate for a replacement by the company (which ultimately didn't work, but that's only because Zoeller is tight on their warranty policy). Realizing I needed to replace the pump, Dale only charged for an installation and not for the diagnosis. That was helpful. He found a way to get us up and going quickly, even though he had other jobs underway. I was really pleased with the work. If you have a problem with your sewer lines, septic or any pump systems, Dale at HS Sewer & Drain is the guy to call. I have no doubts about making that recommendation."
