The first said, "St. Louis has hard water - you NEED a water softener." The second said, "St. Louis has great water - you DO NOT need a water softener." Mayo said, "What did the test results say? No one can tell you you need a water softener without testing your water first." BINGO. They tested our water and determined we DO NOT need a water softener. Same approach for our broken shower.
