Very positive experience. Showed me what they carried and what was best for me and my home. He did not try to sell me what I didnâ t want or need. Very respectful and friendly. Installed it within a couple of hours. I have a very positive feeling for the quality of this item and his work. I would definetly recommend him to any one. He is knowledgeable of his product and others and recommends what is the best fit for you and your home.

He explained the science behind the reverse osmosis process in terms I understood and patiently demonstrated everything I need to know to operate the system. He made the extra effort to do further research on the process so he could explain it to customers, and reinforce his understanding. Brad was very friendly and personable. He listened, and answered all our questions, suggesting the best water softener options for our well water and piping situation. On installing day he arrived on time. Brad did a good job installing the system, hooked into our water supply lines and drains with no leaks. Explained the system usage, and answered all questions about how to use and maintain it. I would recommend Brad with Show Me Water Experts for water filtration or softener issues.
