"They responded very quickly and sounded very knowledgeable. The test results were sent the following day. This is a minor thing but the inspector talked in technical terms which I did not understand. I wish he could have explained more. However, on the report I received all the technical terms were clearly defined in a way I could understand. A suggestion would be to provide the customer with the explanation of thes terms at the time if the inspection or talk to the customer in terms they can understand."

"My review is tiered because the overall service seems to run on tiers. The technician was great. Very personable and professional. 5 stars for his work. Your tests get sent to the lab. The lab explains the results and recommends a company for a DIY solution. This is where things start to fall apart. The company you get referred to has abysmal reviews and the sales pitch feels extremely predatory. That taints my opinion of the lab results which would be teamed up with a business they probably shouldn't recommend. We're planning on either an independent company locally to get a quote from for any remediations we will take or even see what home depot has to offer. In any event please read the reviews of BioCide, the company they will recommend you use. We're still not sure we even have a real problem if they are working together."

"The guy was really helpful but I couldn't afford what he charged me at that time. Otherwise I thought that they are a pretty good company. The guy who came out was really informative and helpful. As a matter of fact we had sewer damage and he had suggested about to claim with the metropolitan sewer industry. He was really pretty knowledgeable and very professional. The estimate was for around $4500 to $5000. It would have been well worth it but I couldn't afford it at that time. I think he was excellent personally. He was here when he said he would be here."
