Overall I was satisfied with hiring this company, as my main concern was where did the mold come from (and if it came from my 2 yo roof and I needed to file a warranty claim, then I'd need the paperwork for that). The home inspector who did the inspection was very thorough and managed to also give us other useful pointers which helped out. In the end, the final report we got was a bit oversold on what it would look like and be used for (the remediator gave us the same recommendation without us spending the money to get this), but it gave us the piece of mind that it wasn't the result of the new roof, so I'd have to say the value was there. The only issue I had was a scheduling snafu which made me have to reschedule, which really extended the time it took to get this completed. I would recommend hiring them, though.

My review is tiered because the overall service seems to run on tiers. The technician was great. Very personable and professional. 5 stars for his work. Your tests get sent to the lab. The lab explains the results and recommends a company for a DIY solution. This is where things start to fall apart. The company you get referred to has abysmal reviews and the sales pitch feels extremely predatory. That taints my opinion of the lab results which would be teamed up with a business they probably shouldn't recommend. We're planning on either an independent company locally to get a quote from for any remediations we will take or even see what home depot has to offer. In any event please read the reviews of BioCide, the company they will recommend you use. We're still not sure we even have a real problem if they are working together.

Not based locally. Hires local technicians. Everything done online after tech comes out to do testing, which results are also by email with conversation with customer service support rep, to explain highly technical problem and solutions. Still waiting for hard copy report, before being pushed into additional services

At first, they seemed good. The person conducting the test was on time, he was very thorough. He said I should get the results within a week. And I would get a call from an analyst to explain the results to me. After a week and 3 days, I had to call them because the **Test Tracker** sent in their email to me did not indicate that the test was even in progress. It took 2 days before it showed the results were in progress. It has been two weeks and the test tracker showed the test as being complete and I had to call them to see if I could get my results. The receptionist said she would send my message to the analyst and he would call me back. I havenâ t gotten a call back yet. I called a second time and got a voice mail where I left a message. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and the price was around $399. Very poor service for such a price.

Overall was good for what the service is. The technician was a postal worker and home inspector. So mold test company appears to be brokers. Their pricing was competitive from other quotes I received but I honestly think it was pricey for time spent and what they do. But like I said the price was pretty standard from the companies I called, in my opinion. But the technician was attentive and knowledgeable, and friendly.

The person that came was nice. I have not received my report yet. I left several messages and no response. I called the person that came to my house and he gave me another number, that person's voicemail was full, tried again yesterday and got him and he did call me back and said he should have a status of my report in 2 days, UGH
