"There are so many mistruths in this review I can’t find a place to professionally start. I have a text message from you after the work was completed stating how happy you were with the the work and the workers. Just upset that Invoicing took longer than expected and now I understand why. You wanted to scam our company for the services and your insurance for personal gain. You were not preyed upon. I also have a text message from you on July 26th the day you signed your contract with your claim information. We were called to your street and you were desperate for help and we were there for you. We cleaned over 2 feet of human waste from an inhabitable basement, removed over 4 tons of debris, dried and cleaned it completely. Our before and after pictures will show a perfect job and doesn’t do it justice. Our pricing is done through a natio nal system with set standard pricing for the work completed. Which was submitted to and approved from your insurance by ME. You received over $3000 off your bill. We settled with your husband, you and your daughter two days ago and sign waivers instead of taking both accounts to litigation. Your claim was submitted and approved solely on the work and documentation presented by us and nothing more. You were happy with the work and the services until you realized you wouldn’t be able to keep insurance money like your daughter. We saved you thousands of dollars getting you approved otherwise it would have been out of your pocket. This is solely because you didn’t get to keep money for personal gain! We service over 1000 people a year as a small business and stand by our work and our workmanship. I’ll be happy to never work with someone like you again. I do have to add that as the actual owner, not Eric, it is extremely disappointing to be dealing with another small business owner that never once came to me with a concern other than the paperwork. Not about the the work. The bill. The timeline of work. Just the invoice. I am happy to always work with all my customers especially in a disaster situation but will not be taken advantage of. Eric has over 25 years experience not only in the St. Louis area but around the country. He was courteous and respectful and did a great job on your home. To go all over slandering work 3 months after completion when you never complained is grotesque and I hope you never deal with clients like yourselves in [Member Info Removed]."
"Good Morning [Member Name Removed]! Like how we spoke yesterday, it was a windy day that interfered with the cleaning. Nothing was thrown off your roof, 15 gallons of debris was removed from your house and taken away. You complained about leaves on the patio and he came back right away. Instead of coming out and showing him where your concerns were, you sent your wife to the door and continued to message myself for over three hours being extremely rude, condescending, and extremely hard to work with. We appreciate all business but please stay loyal to your regular cleaner next season."

I tried returning your call Tuesday at 2:29pm right after you called leaving you a voicemail and again today leaving another voicemail at 9:39AM. I also state on our voicemail to please send an email if needing a quick response and could definitely have helped you that [Member Information Removed] as well! One of the machines does typically stay outside but had they known it was an issue for you, they certainly would have made other accommodations for satisfaction.
