K&E was very responsive to my request through Angi and came the same day (a Saturday) to review the work. He gave a reasonable estimate and completed the work the following Monday. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. However, he did not provide the contractcertifications and company info prior to coming to do the work as he said. He was not responsive to my emails and text messages about the contract and work start due to bad weather. Clean up was pretty good, but I did find chipped paint debris when I expected to all of that vacuumed away. That's why I gave a 4 point rating rather than a 5. I will not need to hire again because the lead and asbestos have been abated and there is no need for further work.

Ken came out same day to remove the asbestos. He was quick and efficient with his work. He charged a great price. This is the second time I have used K&E Mold Removal and I will continue to use them in the future.

They came removed the old mold treated the floor joists with mold killer removed all the old plastic and replaced with new plastic keep house clean and cleaned up before they left .Very polite . I will definitely hire them again and will recommend that for anyone needing their services .

Ken did a great job of protecting the area from drywall dust by hanging plastic sheeting and using negative pressure vacuum system. Ken was very accommodating and helped advise on the best approach. Price was reasonable for the work performed but a bit higher than the original rough estimate. I would look for a formal estimate and contract for the next phase of work and expect to higher K&E Demo again.

The asbestos removal was fine. Our headerboard needed to be replaced. The job was substandard. They put 3 pieces of small wood and covered our rotted headerboard with plywood. Leaving rotted wood is not acceptable. The canopy we were getting installed had no solid wood to connect to. Can't hang something with no wood. This company has no carpentry work knowledge. They shouldn't have accepted to repair our headerboard. Would not use this company again and not refer them.
