They responded very quickly and sounded very knowledgeable. The test results were sent the following day. This is a minor thing but the inspector talked in technical terms which I did not understand. I wish he could have explained more. However, on the report I received all the technical terms were clearly defined in a way I could understand. A suggestion would be to provide the customer with the explanation of thes terms at the time if the inspection or talk to the customer in terms they can understand.

Steve is a certified technician, and he arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He was very friendly and professional as he explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I received the result of the analysis next days and Steve called and helped me understand all the data. I asked him to send some recommendations for contractors that specialize in mold removal / purification. After working with Steve, I am confident moving forward to solve the issue before me. Yes! My inspection was performed by Steve. The inspection was done because I was smelling mold. Steve was professional, very thorough and arrived ahead of schedule.
