They responded very quickly and sounded very knowledgeable. The test results were sent the following day. This is a minor thing but the inspector talked in technical terms which I did not understand. I wish he could have explained more. However, on the report I received all the technical terms were clearly defined in a way I could understand. A suggestion would be to provide the customer with the explanation of thes terms at the time if the inspection or talk to the customer in terms they can understand.
