"Outstanding! Most professional and customer oriented business I have ever done business with in over 50 years! We have an in-ground pool that was installed 17 years ago. This year the plumbing for the pool developed serious leaks that required all the plumbing be replaced. We did some searching for companies that would consider excavating. It had to be done with surgical precision as utility lines were involved as well as keeping the fiberglass shell of the pool intact, which could easily have been cracked with one wrong move of the excavator. Don Muns and his crew came to the rescue. They expertly coordinated the excavation and readied the pool for the pool company to install new lines. When done, they carefully backfilled the trench and poured a beautiful concrete slab/deck. Don always kept us informed as to what he was doing and always kept our questions and concerns answered. They worried tirelessly, and hardly ever took a break while here, better than many companies that I have known. Neither one of them smoke either. If you should need an expert excavator with top of the line equipment and/or concrete work, look no further. Titan Paving and Drainage can handle it and put your worries to rest. "Price quoted was double that of local competitors. That said, he was driving 30 miles to do the job, was very knowledgeable and professional, with great attention to detail. If there's any problem with my selected contractor, Ritzco Tree Care will get the job in spite of the price. All local tree services' prices were in the same ball park, about half of Ritzco. That might just be Waynesville contractors trying to keep Rolla contractors away. Ritzco's price was very close to what I expected for a licensed, insured, certified trees service employing at least one arborist. If that proves to not be true, as mentioned, I'll cancel the local contract and move to Ritzco."

"Very good experience. Other quotes fir the same tree were upwards of 2200 dollars. My quote from AAA was 600 flat with the removal of two other stumps. They reached out to quote the job, and showed up to take down the tree. Took around 4 hrs total, and they cleaned up and left. Very good company. Would recommend to anyone."
