During the storms that hit Springfield, Missouri in late June 2025 one of the trees on my parent?s property fell. My elderly mother that lives on a fixed income, decided to hire this company to remove the tree and grind the stump. They did complete the removal of the tree on the same day and were paid in full. The owner assured her he would be back within two weeks to grind the stump and fix the ruts that had been left in her yard by their trucks. My mother has followed up with him several times, and Richard keeps assuring her that he?s going to be back on a set date to take care of the stump and fix the ruts, but has never followed through.

They were punctual, as thorough as possible with removing LOTS of leaves on a very windy day, and pleasant to deal with.

They quoted the job and even though it entailed more work than anticipated (the alley behind my fence was a mess of downed limbs and overgrowth) they didn't charge me for it. Showed up within the window of time that was promised. Did a good job trimming my huge walnut trees. Reliable and dependable. Richard was great to work with. Did the quote quick and easy to understand. Left my yard better than before the work. I would hire him again, and just might to landscape my yard. I had trees removed this go around.

They were courteous and efficient, and did a good job.

Very good experience. Other quotes fir the same tree were upwards of 2200 dollars. My quote from AAA was 600 flat with the removal of two other stumps. They reached out to quote the job, and showed up to take down the tree. Took around 4 hrs total, and they cleaned up and left. Very good company. Would recommend to anyone.
