"We placed an on-line request for information from Kansas City Tent and Awning and got a telephone call from them in less than an hour. We did the same thing with two other companies and never heard from them. We spoke with Jim Geha on the telephone and got a price estimate based on the size dimentions we gave him. We set an appointment with him to come out and look at our deck cover the following week. Jim measured all aspects of the deck cover and frame. He sent us the final price estimate later that afternoon which was just a small amount different than his first cost estimate. We made our decision to go with Kansas City Tent and Awning and then Jim came out for a second visit to measure a few things one last time before the production started. As stated by Jim, the production time frame for our cover would be about three to four weeks. They were out here on the fourth week to install our new deck cover. It looked great and it fit the frame perfectly. We were totally satisfied with their work."
