Clark Construction Foundation Repair

The only problem I had was reaching him on the phone, before he did any work.  During the job itself, he kept in contact.

Mark and his crew dug down to shore up the part of slab which supports the bay window in our living room. Upon excavation they discovered that the slab had a very deep footing, which had not been expected. Mark advised my husband that to continue would greatly increase our cost. He advised discontinuing the project as the problem we were trying to fix was very minor. He advised us to keep a watch out for cracks forming on the walls and ceiling, and if they appeared worse, or new ones showed up, to call him. The crew then filled the holes back in and they left. They did such a nice job you can hardly tell anything was disturbed. Mark did not charge us for their time which we really appreciated.
The only big problem with this company is the lack of good, professional communication skills. I had to call multiple times to set up the initial evaluation. Also, once we scheduled the work, I had to call multiple times to see if Mark was actually coming that day. If you use this company you need to be very proactive to get service. Mark is a great guy and seems to really want to do a good job. He just needs to polish up on his responsiveness and follow-up.

He came and did the job, in a timely manner.  Friendly, local.  Fast and easy.  Had to wait till we had any decipherable moisture to see if the repairs worked and they seem to be holding fine.

Clark Construction met all expectations in regard to quality and timeliness.  Nolan Clark, the owner, is both professional and personable.  Both are great attributes.
