We took our pet rabbit to these monsters. Our pet was left in their care and died overnight. They were very insensitive to our grief and were more concerned about the fact our 9 year old forgot his scamdemic COVID mask than being kind to us in our moments of grief. By the way the front desk lady is absolutely horrible and unkind

Both the veterinarians and other staff there are very professional, competent and compassionate. They were extremely dedicated and compassionate in providing care for my 17 year old diabetic cat who passed away last August. I now take my dog (currently my only pet) there. I think this provider is outstanding and have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I also should add that the location of Crysler Animal Hospital that I primarily use is on 40 Highway in Independence.

Performed a normal exam, plus checked the dogs tail for a growth. As always, the vet was very professional and friendly.

I took both Labs to the vet for this appointment. From the Front Desk to the Vet, everyone at this office was fantastic. We received a warm greeting when we entered and we taken to the exam room. The vet tech asked some general questions and the vet came in quickly. The vet was kind, informative and friendly. He understood each dog better than any general vet we have been to in a number of years.

I have been taking them to Crysler for about two and a half years. They have been just wonderful. I originally found them when a dog of mine had a heart attack and he passed away and they just let us stay there for a while. I like that they will send me email reminders of when my animals need shots or check ups. They can always fit me in when I need to go in. I like that they don't try to build the sale with teeth cleaning and grooming, etc. I think that they are reasonably priced. The facility is clean and up to date. The staff is very knowledgeable and they take a lot of classes to continue their education.
