He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "This company was very easy to deal with from quote to install. Bryan was understanding of our needs and helped steer us toward the right doors that fit those needs down to the smallest details. Their door and window lead installer has years of experience. Any house more than a few years old has some kind of issues on install but their installer was able to adjust and quickly remedy any house issues for a perfect install. Covid slowed down the process of getting the doors built from the factory but I can't hold that against New Transitions and when the doors did come in their scheduler called right away. Bryan was very responsive during the wait time between order and delivery of our doors. I'll be putting this company high on my quote list for my upcoming bathroom remodel."

"Very well! These guys are very oprofessional and the product is really high quality.
The projects:
1) Tile resurfaced (tub/shower surround and floors). While the product looked good and the optuions were numerous, the price was prohibitive. The cost of resurfacing is not cheaper than getting allnew tile. When I compared the cost of Miracle Method to getting the existing tile torn out, resurfacing the drywall, purchasing tile and grout, and having it all installed professionally, the Miracle Method was still several hundred dollars higher than the cost of tile removal-prep-puchase-installation (about 10%) higher. It just was not worth the extra money to end up with something that would not look as good (or as authentic) as actual porcelain tile. Still, I was impressed witth the prioduct and their process...and there their method is likely a lot less messy. 
I might have actually followed through if there was a substantial savings. So, i will just pay the money to have the tile torn out and replaced.
2) Bathtub refininsh: Wow! The tub looks amazing! In all honesty, I did not comparsion shop this with other service providers. But with an Angie's List coupon, I felt it was worth the money. The technician was very prompt, professional, courteous, and diligent. GHe explained eveything to me before he started, and as he progressed. He spent some time prepping the tub for the final acrylic coats, thoroughly cleaning and sanding. Then he filled in any chips before he re-coated. Finally, he added a non-slip surface in the same sahpe as the uniquely shaped tub. Fantastic!
I don't know how the product will wear over time, but he assured me I should get 10-15 years, with normal usage. I'm a happy customer!

"Excellent experience. Drake arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He sealed off the bathroom which kept dust from escaping. The process took about hours. The tub looks wonderful, much better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again and I do recommend them. They are professional, courteous and they clean up after the job is complete."

"The entire experience with Josh Dunn and his team went extremely well. I had another contractor over to look at the space, and his estimate was 30k, he really had no good ideas for what to do with the originally awkward layout, and he advised that I should move my two kids (ages 1 and 4) out of the upstairs during the remodel. Josh walked in and immediately envisioned what to do with the space and came in with a lower estimate. He and Mike worked meticulously, controlled dust, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. They did any and all sawing and tile-cutting outside. My baby took naps in the basement, but both my kids slept at night in their own beds in their rooms, and I never worried about dust. Josh and Mike are polite and professional, keep you informed of the process, and are also very good at what they do. No drywall seam is visible, no tile is crooked, and the paint job is extremely clean. Our remodel was extensive enough that we needed city (Richmond Heights) permits, and that required that separate electricians and plumbers do that work and that everything (electrical, plumbing, building) be inspected two times. All of that slowed things down, but Josh and Mike communicated so well and kept everything so neat that I had no complaints. They also subcontracted out to workers who were as nice and professional as they are. I will have Dunn Home Improvements do any home remodeling project, large or small, that arises in the future."

"They could have completed the job completely. They took pieces of it apart but they did not put those back together. I had the son of the maintenance guy put them back together. I'm just complaining about the completion of the whole job but the quality, workmanship, and everything were fine."
