We decided not to use the product we purchased from them. Returned it. $2136 total - we received only $1428 back. They cited, restocking fees and shipping was deducted from our total. We believed we should have received more $$ in our refund. Took them to small claims court. Who knows if they knew each other. Small town partnerships? We returned merchandise on December 21, 2021 - it took 5 months for a refund. Would DEFINITELY NOT USE THEM AGAIN. EVER

I have had Busenbark install flooring in my home, my son's home, two rental houses, and four of my businesses. Most work was good. We purchased granite counter tops in our home. We had an issue with scratches after install. They sent out tech. to "buff" them out that didn't work. Chad Busenbark was very helpful and removed the counter tops and reworked them and reinstalled. We had two places that were still cloudy on our $10K + project. It has been four years now with now resolve. Salesman Cory has been no help in getting resolved...I guess he has already received his commission. All I can say is...BUYER BEWARE! Everything is good until you need their customer service to kick in?

Went to Busenbark for a granite countertop. Matt took good care of us, helped us find what we were looking for, ordered it for us and set everything up. The installers put in my countertop and did a great job. The installers were very particular and meticulous throughout the installation. They cleaned up nicely when they were finished.

One would think that if you have been in business as long as Busenbark you would get the Job done right the first time. Not the case here, even though the OWNERS SON was friendly i have to wonder how this company is still in business. Since my husband is a master carpenter we had all the measurements done correctly, he even went down prior to cut to make sure everything was correct. This company whom have been in business for YEARS, tried to give us a different stone, came to install measurements was wrong and the hole for my popup outlet was the size of a trash can, cutters thought this was a commercial trash can and mind you we currently had the same templates on the cabinets and so we had to wait another week for island along with another small piece, came back installed the counter tops only to find the popup outlet needed to be cut again along with the edge cut different than what we have on the other side of out kitchen. Mind you my husband had to take off work to be at the house each time for their mistakes. After building and rehabbing 3 house by far worse experience ever. Hoods or even Lowes would have done it right the first time!

Seven hour job took seven days! Carpet seams can be seen across the room, paint on walls are chipped all around base, and ripples in carpet! Terrible experience!

Horrible experience with Busenbark. Purchased $12,000 worth of flooring and had problems from the beginning of the job. The first day, installers showed up with incorrect padding. I paid for a very high grade padding, and they tried to put a cheap, standard pad in. I had to wait an extra 2 days for the correct pad to be ordered (after my old carpet had been removed and tacks expkaed). Ironically, that is the second time in 3 days they did that to me. Immediately upon the flooring in the kitchen being installed, I noticed scratches in the flooring itself. I brought it to the installers attention, and he said he would fix it towards the end of the job. He did his best to fix it, but the quality of the floor is apparently very poor, and Busenbark believes it is a great floor. One rep came to look at it, but he was injured and was also leaving on a vacation. At this point, the job had been completed for close to a month. Another person contacted me and wanted to “offer me a better floor at a great cost”. All anyone wanted to discuss from this point was how I could spend more money. Finally the second rep scheduled an appt to meet me, and then called the day before and literally said “never mind, I don’t want to come”. STAY AWAY FROM BUSENBARK!!!!!

They took out the old rotted wood under the floor and put in new. Also, they put in a subfloor. Overall, they did a really good job and kept things clean while being respectful at the same time. They even cleaned as they went. I'd say they were very professional and made sure they were satisfied with the work before they left. They were exceptional and I'd highly recommend them.

They were great. They got everything done well. They got the carpets put in on the scheduled time as they said they would. Carpets were good and I haven't had to have them back for any issues at all. I didn't have any problems and they did everything they said they would.

They installed the wrong color and wanted us to pay full price to replace it. The quality of the carpet they provide is marginally better than the big box stores but the quality of service was terrible. As a customer I have never been blamed for a company's mistake! They actually claimed it was my fault for installing the wrong color carpet!!! I had also requested they rip out the old carpet but when they installers arrived they had no idea they were supposed to remove the old carpet and were thus unprepared.

"The complaint has nothing to do with Busenbark Carpet in Farmington, Missouri. The store is a different entity and has no bearing on service through Busenbark Carpet in this area. I assure you, action will be taken to correct this matter."

Even though I live in Chesterfield and the company is located in Farmington, it was like the company was next door. Communication was great and they were absolutely professional and positive from start to finish. From shopping with Steve at Busenbark for the flooring and deciding between hardwood and tile to the final vacuuming, this was the best experience I could ask for. This project took a solid week and the three men that were doing the work were very clear on communicating what and when they would be doing each day. They arrived at the house when they said they would be there, they cleaned up each day and best of all I had no surprises.

Kept in tight communication with me about expectations; choosing edges; verifying my choices. They completed the work quickly and professionally. We bought our sink from them and I am thrilled with the quality. Two installers were meticulous with everything.
