"Could not have been better. Ran into a scheduling issue with another plumber. Called Kirkwood Plumbing on Monday, they were able to schedule us for the next day. Gave them the info from the original plumber's proposal and they agreed to match the cost and work. Plumber was running late due to very heavy traffic. Called 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he might be a little late. Arrived only 10 to 15 minutes late, which was fine with us since he had called. Got right to work and finished within a few hours."

Even now that everything has been done for a couple months, I still have complete peace about the project and love everything they did.  It may not be for other people, but this was a massive amount of money for me to spend on my little house - having peace over spending the money and loving the work is priceless!  It's a bonus also to work with such a lovely group of people.  

Anyone reading this and looking for a contractor, keep in the mind there may be a wait to get materials and actually start the work (could be a couple months or more), but to me it was well worth the wait to have it done right and not to have to worry.  I will definitely use them again!!"
