"Only rating 1 because it doesn't go lower. Had a new unit installed end of Sept 24. First time power goes out on 11/5, no electricity. When tri state sells you a product, they pitch their amazing customer service with all these guarnatees of knowing when your unit is out before you know and having someone there within 24 hours etc. Well, the first call we make we are told it will be the end of Nov to get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"

"TLDR; used this company before, pricing doubled and incredibly rude sales person named Brad. Call Zerorez instead. We used this company in 2019 to clean our air ducts and they did a great job even though I was not impressed by the professionalism of the sales people. I had even recommended them to other people. We asked for a quote to have the same services done and the quote was double what we had paid only two years before. The only reason we were given for the huge price increase was they purchased a new fleet of vehicles. When trying to understand the difference in price, we were belittled by the sales person (Brad) for haggling over “such a small job.” When we told him we were hiring a different company with more competitive pricing, he told us that they should come do a quality inspection afterwards. We declined and were again belittled because we chose to book with a different company. Zerorez (who did a much better job for 25% less with 1000% better customer interactions) All sales communication was done with Hyper via text which was annoying and unprofessional. When called out on his rude behavior, Brad insisted there is no perceived tone via text message."
