Gave them the info from the original plumber's proposal and they agreed to match the cost and work. Plumber was running late due to very heavy traffic. Called 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he might be a little late. Arrived only 10 to 15 minutes late, which was fine with us since he had called. Got right to work and finished within a few hours."

The workers show up on time, are very courteous, and clean up at the end of the day. The work is done with meticulous detail and pride of their work. Gotta say amazing person. He unclogged from the stack and did the video process that needs to be sent in to the county. For the type of job he has, his sense of humor is fantastic.
