Gave them the info from the original plumber's proposal and they agreed to match the cost and work. Plumber was running late due to very heavy traffic. Called 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he might be a little late. Arrived only 10 to 15 minutes late, which was fine with us since he had called. Got right to work and finished within a few hours."

"This is the second time we’ve hired GA Chott during the past 15 years. We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. We had an inspector ask us about who did the work so that he could contact them for a job in his own home. The quality and attention to detail were incredible. James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale. Again, she was always available for any questions we may have, and made it feel like we were their only clients. Darryll helped us navigate decisions and brought the full plan together. When we encountered a couple of small issues, he was quick to address and correct them, and assured that things were properly handled. This was a large, 8-week project. We did our homework and acquired several bids. GA Chott wasn’t the cheapest (or the most expensive), but they were clearly the best choice. We give our highest recommendation. Gotta say amazing person. He unclogged from the stack and did the video process that needs to be sent in to the county. For the type of job he has, his sense of humor is fantastic.
