"What I learned through this process is that no matter how good you are and how much experience you have building pools, it's still a multi-phased project that is dependent on the weather. I contracted with Prestige because they have 30+ years in the business. They know what to do and what not to do and advised accordingly. The pool was recently completed and is exactly what I wanted. The sales rep who worked on my pool design tied in the existing patio and created a great space for outdoor seating facing the pool and woods. I figured a liner replacement down the road is cheaper than a fiberglass repair. My pool was about half the total project cost. The other half consists of a head pump, extra concrete decking, stone wall, fence, cool deck coating with stone border around pool, and cantilever coping."
