The experience was extraordinary from the minute that we met with Andrew Mulichak, our design consultant, through to the completion of the project. At the point that we signed the contract, a completion estimate of 10 weeks was given. Three weeks after we signed the contract, we received a call that the patio enclosure was ready to be installed. The install team took a half day to get the site ready, and then 1.5 days to complete the project. We absolutely love the end result and it came out even better than what we thought when we signed the contract. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The BATH UPSTAIRS   had a window that needing bracing, a bath that had black mold behind the horrible VINYL wall, and had to be insulated with MOISTURE proof materials and RE-TILED - the walls, under the window and behind the tub and around the laundry chute opening.  The Downstairs Bath also needed the window braced and tiled as it was falling and splitting from the ceiling due to POOR WORKMANSHIP by someone NOT on Angies List back in 2003!!   SO, Siding Repair Systems -  They did it all, with their contractor Thomas Morton.  What a really fantastic job - on BOTH these Bathroom windows, Tiling and securing/supporting.  EXCELLENT WORK!!  Clean and neat - it looked like they had a MAID SERVICE come in and clean up after them.  Honestly.  So neat and clean they were.  Thanks for a Really good job.   "

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs!
