WALT'S PLUMBING

Walt came to assess a leaky water heater problem. He determined that it was irreparable and that a new one was in order. He sold us a new one, installed it and hauled the old one away.  He was very courteous and punctual and his work was tidy. If I have any plumbing troubles I will certainly call him first.

As good as expected

Mr. Fenty was professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and cared how the plumbing was installed. I was pleased with the work done. However, in January, noticed a leak in the copper tubing to the ice maker, and when I pulled the refrigerator out, the leak was full blown, water everywhere. I called his home, he was not there, and his wife was very helpful in instructing me how to shut the water off, until he could contact me. Due to the ice and snow, Mr. Fenty is very busy, and I am on a call list. I would recommend him and feel he is in line with other plumbers in the area with what he charges, and I trust he knows his profession, and tries to help the customer with doing his best, and fixing the problem. He is straight to the work and does not waste time.

He did an excellent job, and even did some extra work to help ensure we would not have the same problem again. He was friendly, professional in appearance, and very competent. I would happily recommend him.

Walt was at my house on apointment time. Fixed my in-floor heat I was having troubles with. He did this by checking my lines and pump. He replaced one part in my pump and got everything working again. I haven't had issues with my pump since.

Great! He took care of the problem, and he was nice, professional, and patient with my children. There hasn't been any more trouble so his work lasts.
