Be careful before doing business with this company. Make sure you take very detailed pictures of all surrounding areas before any work gets started. You will need them as proof if they damage any area not explicitly being worked on and will not take any accountability if they do damage other areas like windows, wallls, and ceiling. You are on your own for the repairs. In addition, there were multiple communication and knowledge gaps in some basic areas of scheduling and permit management. I was even told that they had moved on from my project before final inspection was completed when I had a simple question regarding the inspection. Very lacking in customer service and now have lost confidence in the work and warranty should additional issues arise.

Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties.

Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

Overall, Rebath people are pleasant to work with. Brendan was a top notch craftsman, 'BJ' in office stayed in touch as work progressed. there were some problems with ordering product, receiving wrong product, miscommunication in scheduling, which delayed completion of job beyond our expectations. However job was completed to our satisfaction at last, and quality of product and of work are good.

We apologize for the glitches with regards to ordering and scheduling. We make every effort to insure that the products ordered for your bathroom are ordered in a timely and efficient manner. This is actually the first instance where what we received was incorrect. I (BJ) am solely responsible for that error and again I apologize profoundly for that mistake. We value our communication with our customers and we hope that our effort in open communication made that mistake bearable. Again thank you for placing your trust in Re-Bath."

Hard to imagine a smoother installation.  One worker who was incredibly industrious as well as courteous and neat removed the tub and the old shower and installed the new shower, walls, door, etc. skillfully and with very little inconvenience to us!

We signed contract on 4/15/2013 and were told by salesman that jobs were approximately 4 to 6 weeks out.  The night we signed the contract, ask for a floor sample to be sent to me so I could pick out counter top and paint.  The salesman also said that this product would never mold or mildew, especially the joints, because their product was formulated for heavy moisture areas. (Later found out that is NOT true, from another customer.  Salesman also stated that we wouldn't probably hear anything for a couple of weeks, then we would get a phone call to set everything up.
By May 15, I had repeated tried to contact salesman, via phone and email as to why no one had contacted me to set up install and why flooring sample was not sent.  Salesman never returned any phone calls and then only via email did I receive any response.  Each time with an excuse as to why nothing was happening.  FINALLY received flooring sample (a index card size on June 3rd), followed by a phone call on June 5th, from someone at the Rebath office asking if they could come do the tear out on June 7th, with drywall repair on the 8th and install on the 10th and 11th.  I stated it was a little short notice and was told if I didn't take that date then it would possible be another 3 to 4 weeks out.  So wanting to get the bath done--since they had half of my money (3,600.00), I along with my husband agreed.
When I arrived home on the 7th, from work, which was around 2:30.  It was a fairly hot day---the front door to my home was standing open.  No one was going in or out and the tear out guy was in bathroom, with very little work done.  Because of the soffit work--we ask him to save the insulation so it could be placed back into attic, he did so.  Tear out man was in home till late in the evening--not something you want to happen due to most people have to work the next day.  He kept leaving front door open, all the while the air conditioner was running to keep up!  It was our understanding that all the old dry wall would be tore out, but that gentleman said that because it was not spelled out on contract that he couldn't do it and if we wanted him too, that would be a work change order, which would cost us more.  (ONCE AGAIN--was told something different from salesman, and this was not our first construction project!).  He also left a mess on the floor from the removal of the old tile--my husband had to get the shop vac out to get up the debrie!
The drywaller's arrived on the 8th--there was texture on the old drywall.  We asked installers if they were going to match the new drywall with the old by putting on texture, since all tear out was not done.  They said no, but could do it for a $100 more money.  We didn't agree to it because I refused to be nickeled and dimed!  They finished their work quickly, putting on the first coat of mud over taping and stated they would be back on Tuesday (Jun 11th) to sand and put second skim coat on joints.
Installer showed up on Monday, June 10th on time.  YEA!  He was friendly, respectfully of our house and very efficient!  However the tub that my husband and I ordered and thought we would receive--was the wrong size.  A new one was brought out at Rebath's expense.  (Later found out the salesman had wrote down the wrong size!)  The installer was there late into the night on Monday and cleaned up very well when his part was finished.
The drywaller's didn't arrive the next day.  I call Rebath by 4:00pm to find out what happened and they were surprised that they didn't show up and I was asked why I didn't call before 4:00 to see where they were!  How is that suppose to be on the customer.  After a couple of more phone calls between myself and the very nice lady that answers the phone at Rebath, it was arranged that they would come out later that week.
My husband also had to make repeated phone calls to have Rebath to come back out and finish the job.  Because they promise by them was to put your bathroom back and in better shape!.  By Friday of that week--Rebath sent a gentleman out to finish the job--put the door back onto the bathroom and cut it down to fit since the new floor made the toekick stick up too much and the door wouldn't shut.  They also needed to put the baseboards back onto the wall and connect the plumbing up at the sink.
A two day turn around that is promised by Rebath in their advertisements, turned out to be a week long job--only to be finished and done right after much inspection and phone calls!!!!!!
After a total of 7,200.00 spent, I can only hope their product holds up like they promised!  Leary due to the fact that their promises haven't meant nothing yet!

"We are very sorry your experience was less than perfect. To address a few of your specific concerns: Our TES is in fact specifically formulated to be anti-fungal. However, ANY product can mold or mildew without regular care and cleaning. I'm certain that if you follow the recommended care instructions, that you needn't worry about mold and mildew. I am also EXTREMELY sorry that you feel you did not receive proper communication. I communicated with you via email so that there would be a clear understanding and record of the communication. Again, I apologize if this is not your preferred method of communication. Everything for your bathroom is custom ordered and built for your home. We simply could not get the flooring sample out to you until it arrived at our warehouse. I did my very best to explain the details of your contract as well as our installation timeline at the time of signing. I even try to make it clear that you may not hear from our office until it is time to schedule your installation. It is obvious that our lead time for your project ran long and that I somehow failed to clearly communicate all the details of your project at signing. Your other concerns regarding your installation with be addressed with our technicians as well as our drywall sub. If you are not completely satisfied with the finished product of your bathroom remodel, please contact me so that we can make it perfect. My wife and I have been very pleased with the way this purchase has been accomplished. Mr. Brandon, the Design Consultant, did an excellent job of describing the product and the work that  would be required. The workers were efficient and considerate of our property. Drop cloths were spread on the floor and they removed all of the debris that was created. In summation, Re-Bath deserves high marks for all phases of this process. We did not price shop because of the impression Mr. Brandon made so I did not give the highest rating as far as pricing was concerned. In all other aspects of this purchase, in my opinion, Re-Bath was excellent.

I started my search for a quality company and product by getting several estimates and by talking with my mother who had had both of her bathrooms done in the past year. She had used Mid-Am Re-Bath, and was completely satisfied with the service and quality. So while they were not the cheapest bid, I went with them anyway, expecting the same quality and service my mother had gotten. The sales rep. explained to me that it would take 1 day to do the install, provided there were not unexpected complications. I asked what "1 day" meant and he said ~6-8 hours which seemed reasonable to me. The installer and a second party plumber showed up on time at 9am, but the installer had not cut out the wall so the plumber could not do his work. The plumber left to go to another job, stating he would be back in a little while to do this job. Billy, the installer, started working to get the wall cut out for the plumber so it would be available when he got back. The problem began at about 4:30pm (now ~7.5 hrs. into the install) when the plumber finally showed up to install the new faucet. He seemed more interested in chatting than doing his work. At 7:00pm (now 10 hrs. into the install) the plumber was done and Billy could finally finish his part of the install. I was then informed by the chatty plumber that an inspector would be by the next day "sometime between 8 and 12" to inspect the plumbing. That is when I had finally had enough and informed him that I would be home the next day until 9:30am and if the inspector came by before then he could do his inspection, if not he was out of luck. Billy finally finshed the install and was gone ~9:30pm, for a total installation time of ~12.5 hrs. on a job that had no unexpected complications. After the frustration of what I consider an excessive installation time, I negelected to notice that the towel rack was not installed in the shower, and upon a closer look at the paperwork, the towel rack was not even put on the work order. The next day I insisted on speaking to a manager and was informed that no one was available but someone would call me the following Tuesday (after the Labor Day holiday). Tuesday no one called, so Wednesday morning I called and spoke to a manager who was completely unaware of any issues with this installation. I explained in detail what I considered the "issues" to be, she quickly told me that 12-14 hrs. is not considered unreasonable for an istallation, that she had no control over the time at which the inspection was to be done and agreed that the sales people needed to be upfront about the time commitment required from the customer. Billy, the installer was great and just as frustrated as I was with the delays. I really don't want to sound unreasonable but a 12 hr. installation was a bit of shock to me when I was expecting an 8 hr. installation. So, the inspection and installation of the towel rack is supposed to happen today (between 8-12) and 1 week (not "1 day") later the job will finally be complete. I love the look of my new bathroom and am pleased with the quality of the product and the installation so far, just not pleased about the way it came about. I have another full bath and a hald bath that I would like to have remodeled but I think I will pick another comepany for these jobs.

Everything went really smoothly. The acrylic product they use is of high quality. We had some concerns about our tub walls being a little spongy due to water demand, but they reinforced everything. The job was done in one day as promised. The end result as far as appearance exceed my expectations.

Brendan did an excellent job on the installation. He had to come back the next day to finish the job. His attention to detail enhanced the overall outcome of the job. The problem started after installation when I attempted to have Brendan make a small adjustment. Cheryl, the receptionist/scheduler/office manager promised to get him out as soon as possible. Three (3) months later (after numerous telephone conversations with Cheryl) he showed up unannounced. Fortunately I was at home. The adjustment took 45 seconds. He told me he came over as soon as he was told of the problem. The price is extremely high but comparable to other companies offering the same services. Brendan showed up the day after I mailed a letter to owner Steve Fesler. Mr. Fesler ignored me completely. I at least expected a courtesy telephone call from him. I refuse to give repeat business to someone who cares so little about service.

Steve Burleyson did an excellent job remodeling our master bath. Working alone, he removed our existing shower enclosure and replaced it. He also installed new shower doors. He pulled out the bathroom sink and toilet and laid new tile flooring. He was efficient, courteous, neat and professional. We also had glass block windows installed in the master and hall bathrooms by this company. The work was done quickly and neatly and we are extremely happy with the results.
