My heating went out on one of the coldest days of the year. When contacted, they were professional and came to the house ASAP. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part came in earlier than expected and they installed it as soon as they got it. I was only out of the house 24 hours. They indicated that the furnace is quite old and will need to be replaced ... but this fix should get us through the winter. Very pleased and highly recommend.
