If there is a crawl space I charge an additional $50 because of the time and safety equipment that must be used to safely do the inspection. I DO NOT DO TERMITE INSPECTIONS BUT CAN ARRANGE FOR AN INSPECTION IF YOU NEED ONE. I give a $25 discount to military, first responders, and reserve and guard.
