Give us a call anytime for a free estimate! HOME ADVISOR RATES AMO HOME INSPECTIONS A TOP RATED PROFESSIONAL. Normally, I charge $360 for an inspection of a single family dwelling up to 2500 sq ft. Bigger homes is on a case-by-case basis. If the house is under 1000 sq feet I charge $300. Multi family dwellings cost more and depends on the size. I recently did a 4 apartment unit where there were four different living units. I charged $800 for this inspection because It requires the generation of 4 reports. If there is a crawl space I charge an additional $50 because of the time and safety equipment that must be used to safely do the inspection. I DO NOT DO TERMITE INSPECTIONS BUT CAN ARRANGE FOR AN INSPECTION IF YOU NEED ONE. I give a $25 discount to military, first responders, and reserve and guard.
