Indoor bug treatment. We don't have ny regularly scheduled pest control and when noticed a few spiders and ants, we called Pro Pest. They were great!

Pro Pest was wonderful to work with. Outside, we had voles and spiders. Occasional spiders inside. Pro Pest came out several times to tend to outside and would always offer to return for indoors at our convenience. Very friendly staff (office and service team) and accommodating.

The work was performed but not 100%. When the technician arrived they only had spray to perform the insect treatment. When I asked about the mice treatment as the package I purchased mentioned it was part of the work and the tech said no and you had to get the subscription to get that. A big disconnect some where....

This was my third year using them for continued protection after I had had a very complete eradication indoor and outdoor to halt an infestation. So far I have only needed to use this company once a year in the spring, and only outdoors, and the people who come out have been very responsive, and the ant problem has not recurred. This year, I thought there was a problem because they were held up and came after I had to go somewhere, and I couldn't find paperwork they had been here. But a few weeks later I found where the paperwork had blown off the door, so all is good to date--no indoor ants.

Did not notice improvement after sprayed. They always sprayed when were not there, so never saw what they did.

Wonderful work done to diagnose the flea problem thanks to a roommate's borrowed mattress which accidentally came with fleas. They came quickly and diagnosed the problem, dealt with it and solved the problem. MUCH cheaper than competitors! This included the initial treatment Thanks to their great work, we hired them to do additional general pest control too. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

The service technicians were professional and responsive. The application was timely and without incident. HOWEVER, both of the times I have purchased services from ProPest, I later received random bills from them for some incidental/renewal fees they claimed were owed. Fortunately, I had kept a copy of the original Angies List purchases which clearly showed that no such fees were owed and should not have ever been billed. My advice: keep a copy of the deal and be vigilant because their accounting system likes to troll for money.
