"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "Kevin is kind and knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He was able to help me with removing landscaping and weeds that needed to go and suggest lovely, more appropriately sized bushes and plants. He responded to requests to put down killer for the bamboo that had invaded my yard which I hadn’t originally asked for quickly and kindly. He also cleared a weeded area and made a lovely concrete blocked patio area for me. The thing that I really appreciated is that he explained about the plants and gave me all the tags for each and explained how to care for them. I am not a gardener and I so appreciate both the lesson and the information about each plant so I can look up more information if needed. I plan to ask him to return to remove several bushes due to having too large of bushes put too close together. A bonus is that he was just so kind and easy to talk to. I am a widow and felt so comfortable and confident having Kevin do the work for me."

"1 word. Professionalism. These guys came out and rolled out the red carpet literally .. they laid down protection for my floors, and my walls. My contractor refused to bring in the appliances because he said there was no way anyone would get the refrigerator in without causing damages.. these guys simply said challenge accepted. Not a scratch on my floor or bump against myth walls or doors. Everything was installed and leveled to perfection, everything was tested before they left. I would recommend them to anyone, and I tell my friends and family to only use them. Thank you guys for all your help. "
