"Chris and Frank with Vertical Network LLC were incredible! They took on a very challenging job in helping us remove an old safe from a home we just purchased. The safe was easily over 1500 lbs and they had to get creative with ways to remove the safe without causing damage. "Great. After submitting online the work I wanted done, I was contacted by phone within a few hours. They explained the how they charged (by coming out and examining the items to be removed), and then we agreed on a date and time frame for the crew to come. I was called about 15 minutes before they were to arrive - they arrived, gave me the estimate. I agreed to the price and they removed the items. I paid by credit card. The process went very smoothly, and I was glad to see they wore masks (during Covid19 restrictions)."
