At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

Professional, timely and best installers we’ve had. Our installers took to time to get everything fit right. They had their hands full with a few doors and windows, due to bad framing from our construction contractor. Our new doors and windows work flawlessly now.

The windows are good enough(they’re vinyl windows) and the installation was basic. I don’t fault the installer. He’s told what to do and include but the finished product doesn’t align with the price. One window had an existing trim piece that wasn’t replaced and still has years of caulk slapped around it. I thought this piece would’ve been replaced. I’m just mad at myself that I let them do the work for this price, that’s my fault but at the end of the day I don’t think they deliver a superior product.

From the first meeting regarding Window Nations, their quality windows and service through the measurement and installation, we were impressed. Everyone representing Window Nation was professional, kind and considerate. The price was great, they professionally measured each window twice, they kept us informed each step of the way, and the installation team was top notch, thorough, but quick, and they cleaned up everything inside and out. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new windows.

In a matter of a few hours, all four windows that were in need of replacement, were done. Even the odd frame window in the basement looks great now with no leaks.

Process was easy from start to finish working with customer service to sales to installers, everything promised was given, and work was done on time and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone looking for windows. Thinking of using again in the future to install front and back doors.

Installers did not arrive until 10:30 but were able to finish the job by 4:30. They did excellent work, and did a great job of cleaning everything up afterwards. I love the windows and screens. The screens cover the entire window which should help keep the window sill from collecting debri and dirt. Hammad did I great job of keeping us informed of status of our order. When I can afford more windows, I will use Window Nation again.

It went extremely well. Workers showed up on time and I have a 3 week old they worked in each room and made sure after each room was finished that the noise wasn’t to loud for him. I definitely will be recommending this company to my friends and family.

The first appointment was missed because of lack of communication between staff. Finally arrived 12/28/2020. The windows look good. Dave was suppose to call me when the install was completed to discuss a discount of the missed appointment in November 2020. No one has called me to discuss anything.

I was extremely impressed with the process of purchasing windows but ultimately let down after the install. The gentleman that arrived to install the windows were extremely professional and time efficient but when they gave me the go ahead to hang my window treatments back up I realized that my 2 inch vertical wood blinds no longer fit. I had twelve windows total replaced and NONE of the blinds could go back up after the window installation. When I spoke to representatives about the issue I felt as if they were on the other end of the call just shrugging their shoulders as if it was my mistake that no one had informed me that blinds MAY or MAY NOT fit once the install was completed. Our salesman, Nick Marler, was very kind and we thought informative but left that tidbit of information out. My husband and I had to scramble to cover the windows with anything we could find in rooms where I originally had only sheer curtains or valances hanging as we live on a corner lot. We used shower curtains and even sheets in some rooms. I can honestly say as happy as I was about having the new windows installed, I was equally upset about having to store 12 sets of wood blinds and having to spend even more money to replace them with 1 inch blinds and blackout curtains. I just wish someone would have told me upfront so I could have been better prepared or at least offered something other than a "Oh man, your salesman really should have talked to you about that," type of statement.

We need to replace some broken and windows and decided to have all the windows replaced since they were single pane and built with the house. Stephen came out to give us an appraisal and we liked what we heard and decided to purchase. The windows are custom built and manufactured here in the USA. After waiting roughly a month for them to be built we finally got them installed and they look great and function like they should. After a week with the new windows. Lisa from the service and warranty department called to ensure we were happy. I told her we loved the new windows and are working properly. We talked about the professionalism of the install team and how please we were with the job they did. My wife only had one concern. After she inspected the windows she noticed a small hole where a screw was able to be seen in the top right corner of the window. I told this to Lisa and she asked me if I could send a picture over to her cell phone so she could examine it and send it to the install manager to see if that is normal. After sending the pictures over she called me back in about 5 mins to explain that those shouldn't be like that and will reach out back to have someone come take a look and service the windows. Other then that they look great and would recommend Window Nation.
